NB: We pull threads based on an estimate of thread use from over 30 years of experience. If your kit or canvas order contains threads, and for whatever reason, you find you need more, there may be an additional charge.
- A colorful needlepoint canvas of a four cardinals on branches in a green background is by artist J Child.
- The canvas size is 12" in diameter on 13 mesh. You can stitch this as a circular design, or add a border and make it a 13" x 13" square.
- You can get the canvas alone， or with threads. Just use the drop-down menu.
- If you choose cotton we provide DMC cotton floss. For wool we use Vineyard Merino and for silk we use planet earth single-stranded threads that are easy to use.
- If you choose mixed threads we will add a bit of Glisten and Neon Rays to mostly silk threads.
- If you want to keep your canvas taut we recommend TWO pair of 16" stretcher bars and some thumbtacks.
